The entire property valuation process has 4 key steps, and these are outlined below.

The process starts with your request and instructions for a property valuation. Together we will:

Agree a time frame to complete the report that meets your needs.
Agree the fee for the service depending on the type of property, location and purpose of the valuation.
Arrange a time to inspect your property.

Prior to the inspection, your property valuer will:

A gross measurement of the property and all outbuilding (s).
An external inspection, noting building materials, features, and condition of property.
A full site inspection noting landscaping, fencing, paving, outdoor living amenities including decking or paved areas, and outbuildings.
A full internal inspection, noting accommodation provided, fixtures and fittings, and internal condition.
A photograph of the property.
An inspection of relevant recent comparable sales in the locality.
