We provide independent and detailed property valuations from Wellington to Levin.
We are proud to be the most experienced valuation business on the Kapiti Coast. The six valuers on our team, Alex Robson, Bryce Grant, Chris Dentice, Bill Sisk, Bill Smith and Darryl Royal, are experts in property valuations covering the lower North Island from Wellington up to Levin.
UPDATE: For any existing VCNZ clients, VCNZ merged with Kapiti Valuations as of 1 December 2024.
Latest technology = most recent sales data
You may be sure that our appraisals are accurate because we have made the most recent technological investments and have immediate access to the most recent sales data available for the area.
All of the lending institutions that we are currently aware of accept our valuations. Before hiring a valuation firm, be sure to confirm this as not all valuation firms will operate in this manner. The last thing you want is to pay for a valuation and then discover the lender won’t take it.
Local expertise is essential
The property market is made up of several intricate, dynamic submarkets, each with unique characteristics. Together, our six valuers—all Kapiti or Wellington natives—have well over 100 years of combined valuing experience.
So we already know a great deal about your location.
